About the Journal
X-pressions is an open-access, bi-annual, international peer-reviewed journal of arts, language and philosophy, where the arts include all forms of arts (painting, installation, sculpture, clay, ceramic, craft, photography), dance, music and theatre. The reason for bringing the arts, language and philosophy under one platform is the centrality of form and structure that these orientations deal and interface with. The mission for the journal is somewhat open-ended and inclusive—it encourages discussions and interlinking of various art and language forms and the philosophies that underlie much of expressions and impressions.
